Beneath the surface of this sophisticated and serene renovation lies a multitude of details that our Designer and Production team worked to perfect.
New Market worked on several areas in this home. On the 1st floor, the dated and disjointed kitchen was relocated to the back of the house, allowing for a new large open pantry with additional prep area, extra storage, sink and refrigerator drawers. Themes of marble are present throughout the space, from the countertops to the full-height marble backsplash with an integrated marble shelf. The new dining area is centered between the expanded front windows. Upgrades were made to the 1st-floor powder room and mudroom, while the laundry was moved to the 2nd floor.
Upstairs, notes of marble continue, beginning in the primary bathroom. The mitered marble bench seat and hidden flush storage niches offer elevated features that go beyond the daily shower. Radiant heated marble mosaic floors, shower floors and shower seats add comfort and sophistication. The primary suite naturally leads to a new his and hers walk-in closet.
Two additional bathrooms were renovated on the 2nd floor. The classic hardware, finishes and white Carrara marble embrace the neutral theme.
This house was a beauty from the start. By using the Design Build approach, our clients were able to implement all the improvements to their house with a cohesive and well-thought-out design.
