After renovating a hall bathroom, we returned to our clients’ Chestnut Hill home to reimagine their first-floor layout. With their daughter heading to college, the nest was ready for its next phase of life. The homeowners wanted a stronger connection between the living areas, the kitchen, and the sprawling backyard. New Market shifted the living area to the center of the 1st floor, closer to the kitchen. An informal dining area was integrated into the fully renovated and expanded kitchen.
