1.    Initial On-Site Design Survey. We’ll take a look at your space, discuss the scope (and budget) of your project, and take measurements, photos and 3D digital imagery so we can start planning.

2.    Schematic Design. Based on our on-site survey, we’ll work internally through different design ideas, options and concepts as we begin to shape your new space. At this point, we will have collaborated with you to nail down our favorite design concept and will start to plan around it for the next steps.

3.    Schematic Construction Cost Estimate. Based on the chosen preliminary design, we’ll present you with a schematic construction price estimate within your targeted budget range.

4.    Design Development. Now for the fun part—we’ll create a detailed work-up of your project design with all the necessary construction documents, photo realistic 3-dimensional renderings (seen above), selections and specifications. We are SO close to starting on the build process!

5.    Final Construction Bid Preparation. At this point, a firm number will be estimated based on the fully developed design. It’s time to lock everything in. 

6.    Permits and Job Kick-Off. We’ll handle getting all of the required permits, including zoning, building and historic approval. It’s time to get building.

7.    Construction Begins. Watch as your dream home takes shape! A dedicated project manager and our awesome construction crew will work together to create your space.
